With nearly two decades of experience in human resources for small businesses, Amy specializes in talent acquisition, employee development, labor relations, compliance, and performance management. She has a strong track record of helping companies build and retain high-performing teams while ensuring compliance with evolving labor regulations.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys golfing, traveling, attending sporting events, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers and Giants. She is passionate about community involvement and volunteers with nonprofits that support animal and veteran welfare. She also takes pride in supporting her stepdaughter’s sports and music activities. Amy lives in Sacramento, California, with her husband and two stepdaughters.
